Home Information Packs

Anyone selling their property will be legally required to prepare a Home Information Pack and make it available to potential buyers of the property. It contains important information for buyers and sellers.

As solicitors we can provide competitive Packs at reasonable rates. The packs basically contain ; an Energy Performance Certificate which tells you how energy efficient the property is and other compulsory documents, such as an index of contents, a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. We can offer advice and provide a fast turnaround on approved regulated Hips providing a Hips pack for £300 ( no vat ). Our searches are also backed by appropriate insurance as required in the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007.
